When users create Installation Wizard shortcut on the Sitecore desktop, the shortcut’s icon is changed:

/upload/sdn5/products/sitecore 5.3/known issues/package_designer_icon_changes.png

To solve the problem install the package packager-iconfix.zip. Choose Overwrite when prompted.
